Faith-Based

Storytelling*

Are you looking for a polished yet genuine video to testify and communicate something God has been up to but aren’t quite sure how to do it? That’s what we do.

Serving churches and parachurch organizations, our films center around a person or a community’s example of following Christ and specifically all that has worked together to make the outcome of moments in a life worth remembering and a practiced faith worth imitating. (Hebrews 13:7)

With what can we compare the kingdom of heaven?

Choose from three tiers to make it real:

  • Creek

    $2,500

Short vignette highlighting a specific testimony, as told by one person. The timeline of the story could be as brief as an afternoon or woven together over decades, but there is a clear, singular theme to the testimony: i.e. “how Jesus opened my eyes,” “how God healed me, or “how God worked this together for good.”

Best for: Giving a heartfelt account of someone’s testimony, promoting or concluding a particular initiative.

    • Shoot length: Half day

    • Interviews:1, ~30 minutes

    • “Day in the life” footage: 2-3 looks

    • Historical photos: A few

    • Editing turnaround time: 1 week

    • Film length: 2-5 minutes

  • Stream

    $5,000

Longer vignette focused on “from then to now” — first, the moment(s) of being wooed by Jesus and their “yes” response to Him. Next, their faith journey and being formed through triumphs, trials and manifest Kingdom outcomes. Finally, how all of that worked together to bring them to the place of living their present purpose.

Best for: Amplifying God’s longterm work in someone’s life, honoring someone “advanced in years,” including more than one interview.

    • Shoot length: Full day

    • Interviews: 1 or more, 1-2 hours

    • “Day in the life” footage: 5-7 looks

    • Historical photos: A lot

    • Editing turnaround time: 2-3 weeks

    • Film length: 5-10 minutes

  • River

    Starts at $15,000

Mini and full-length documentaries. Complex storytelling with comprehensive pre-production and creative development. Fully customizable, can include a myriad of voices. Drone coverage and Super 8mm film options. Could be focused on one person, a couple, a family, or an entire congregation.

Best for: Significant milestones, full origin stories and historical accounts, big celebrations, including a lot of people.

    • Shoot length: As determined

    • Interviews: Unlimited

    • “Day in the life” footage: Comprehensive

    • Historical photos: Unlimited

    • Editing turnaround time: As determined

    • Film length: 20+ minutes

Are the above options not quite a fit? We also create ministry overviews, methodology explainers, book promos, and more. Reach out to us about any project you have in mind and we’ll provide a free custom quote with a breakdown of where every dollar goes.

Our debut film, Then Sings My Soul, brings several stories together in a poetic collection of testimonies that culminates into a chorus of four unified voices to both inspire and challenge you.

The intention for this film from the beginning was that it might be viewed at group events and churches. One of the richest pieces of feedback received from showings is the great conversation it stirs following the film.

Currently, for 2027, we are scheduling showings in the Richmond region where the filmmakers can be present to facilitate the group experience. Learn more here.

Check out Derrick’s latest interview on the Missions with Moisés Podcast.

In this episode, they discuss Derrick’s passion for film ministry and the power of storytelling through media. They explore how film and storytelling can be powerful tools for communicating biblical narratives, connecting with others, and helping people grow deeper in their faith.

“Wild Bridge Films did an excellent job of telling our story of racial healing in Richmond.

We knew that whoever was tasked with telling our story would have to be able to speak to the nuance, tension, truth, and gravity that comes with exploring issues of race, while also telling of God's hope, redemption, and healing.  Thankfully, the creators at Wild Bridge Films were able to do just that.

I expected us to have a long editing process, but the first drafts of each of our projects were perfect.

“Derrick and Christy Collins’s work through Wild Bridge Films is truly real kingdom ministry brought to life by them as they authentically invite Christ’s Spirit into forming how they do their work.

I have been blessed to be a part of several projects of Wild Bridge Films and experienced the deep spiritual discernment that they invest in each unique project.

If you have a video project in mind I strongly recommend you consider partnering with Wild Bridge Films to bring it life!”
