Faith-Based
Storytelling*
Are you looking for a polished yet genuine video to testify and communicate something God has been up to but aren’t quite sure how to do it? That’s what we do.
Serving churches and parachurch organizations, our films center around a person or a community’s example of following Christ and specifically all that has worked together to make the outcome of moments in a life worth remembering and a practiced faith worth imitating (Hebrews 13:7).
*Not preaching.

“Derrick and Christy Collins’s work through Wild Bridge Films is truly real kingdom ministry brought to life by them as they authentically invite Christ’s Spirit into forming how they do their work. “Wild Bridge Films did an excellent job of telling our story of racial healing in Richmond. We knew that whoever was tasked with telling our story would have to be able to speak to the nuance, tension, truth, and gravity that comes with exploring issues of race, while also telling of God's hope, redemption, and healing. Thankfully, the creators at Wild Bridge Films were able to do just that. I expected us to have a long editing process, but the first drafts of each of our projects were perfect."

“Derrick and Christy Collins did an amazing job of capturing the essence of our ministry through combining their technical and artistic expertise with deep listening skills during their interviews with me and others featured in the film projects. Just as important, the foundation of their excellent work is their own Christian faith and profound commitment to God's call on their lives through filmmaking. This is an invaluable asset for any church, faith based ministry, or organization with whom they work."

"I'm deeply grateful for the work of Wild Bridge Films, because they have a unique gift for capturing stories in ways that are authentic and inspiring. I'm convinced that they reflect Kingdom values in the way they go about their work and what they produce. Because the Kingdom is ultimately about a story — a story that is both true and beautiful. And Wild Bridge Films produces work that is both true and beautiful."
Rev. Dr. Nathan Walton
What else we’re up to…
First released in 2019, our debut film, Then Sings My Soul, brings several stories together in a poetic collection of testimonies that culminates into a chorus of four unified voices to both inspire and challenge you.
The intention for this film from the beginning was that it might be viewed at group events and churches. One of the richest pieces of feedback received from showings is the great conversation it stirs following the film.
Currently, for 2027, we are scheduling showings in the Richmond region where the filmmakers can be present to facilitate the group experience. Learn more here.
Check out Derrick’s latest interview on the Missions with Moisés Podcast.
In this episode, they discuss Derrick’s passion for film ministry and the power of storytelling through media. They explore how film and storytelling can be powerful tools for communicating biblical narratives, connecting with others, and helping people grow deeper in their faith.
